The Khmer Alliance Foundation (KAF) is a non-profit organization registered with the State of California since 1988. KAF promotes education, social and economic development for the well-being of all people in America and Cambodia. KAF was granted tax exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Tax Code. Donation is tax deductible.
