CONTRACT & AGREEMENT
1- Mr. Tan, Chiep representative of the donors in the US and Canada, as the Party A
2- Mr. Chey, Srim representative of the Committee for management of the Computer Lab Project at Pnhi Meas High School, as the Party B
BOTH PARTIES HAVE AGREED IN THE FOLLOWING
ISSUES :
BOTH PARTIES HAVE AGREED IN THE FOLLOWING ISSUES :
Party A : Provides 26 computers, 2 projectors, 1 power
generator, 2 printers, and other necessary materials and equipments
for the full operation of this project for the firs year.
Party B : After receiving all necessary materials and equipments, the
party B will manage and maintain it well for the students and teachers
to be used and will teach regularly as scheduled without charging any
fee from the students as well as from the teachers. The 12th grade students
will have a priority to enroll in this computer class first.
After the first year of this operation, the Party B will be responsible
for all cost such as gasoline cost, maintain and repair of the computers,
and other expenses in order to keep this operation running smoothly
without interruption.
Both Parties : Agreed all the above issues and hoping all students who
graduated from Pnhi Meas High School will have sufficient computer knowledge
to be used for their work as well as for their continued education at
the University level too.
